The Counter Settings can be found in the lower center of the toolbar, and it comes with four display modes.

The available display modes are Frame number, elapsed Time, and non-drop frame Timecode.

Timecode can also be offset in either relative or absolute terms using the ‘Set Offset’ function.

These 'Time Code Settings' can be found in the ‘Tools’ menu placed above.
