To improve your overall user experience and get the most out of our software, we recommend always keeping your browser version up to date and using at least one of the three latest releases of your chosen gateway.

We test all our products with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari browsers, ensuring that everything works as smoothly as possible. (You can update your current browser or download a new browser directly from their sites).

Please note: Any issues and bugs reported while using these browsers will be flagged with the product team, but if you use ftrack with a non-supported browser, we can't guarantee that everything will work as expected, and we might not be able to fix any bugs or problems that occur.
