To help improve communication and efficiency of teams, the status of assets are updated in real-time to easily see the progress of the Assets being produced. By seeing what is being worked on, we can increase the awareness amongst the team and as all assets are easily accessible, drastically reduce the time it takes to find the source files.
Scenario: As a supervisor, we want to quickly see the Assets produced so far, and to see which Versions are pending review.
ACTIVITY: Let’s quickly preview a version and change the status
Navigate to the Versions page
Locate any Version that is pending review
Click on the thumbnail of the associated version (that's pending review) to view the media. We assume this version needs further work, so we will change the Status.
Change the Status of the Version to Revise.
