Creating a project
Let’s create our first project in ftrack Review.
By default, ftrack Review will launch the Project page, showing you all of your available Projects. If you don’t have a Project yet, you’ll need to create one, by clicking the + Create Project button in the top right corner.
Enter the name of your project. You can edit the name later, so don’t worry if you’re unsure what to name your project at this stage.
Private access can be toggled “On” if you don’t want all your team members to be able to access the project.
Click Create project.
You will then be taken to the home page of your new project, which is where you can create new Reviews.
You can access the settings and activity feed of your Project via the menu on the left hand side.
Activity will show you everything that has happened in the Project, as well as giving you access to your Project library and your most recently accessed Reviews.
The Settings page gives you access to some Project statistics, and also to manage the public/private settings and team member access to private projects in the Team Members section.
Manage team member access
You can manage access for your team members by clicking "Manage team".
A project can either be private to a select number of users, or have private access turned off so that everyone in your workspace can access it.
