Managing a local installation
This section explains how to setup and manage your own local ftrack server. It is assumed you have experience working in Linux and executing commands in a terminal. If you do not then please seek assistance from someone who does.

For local installations of ftrack you need to manage backups yourself. Make sure backups are setup before anyone starts using the ftrack server.
